Terms and conditions for our prizes are listed below.

General

• The prize details are subject to change and our competitions may be withdrawn at any time.
• The prizes are as stated and are not transferable or negotiable. No cash or credit terms will be offered.
• Prize requests must be cancelled via email (to [email protected]) within 24 hours of the original prize request.
• Prizes can take up to 14 days to be processed (but will usually be much quicker).
• Prizes can only be claimed by UK residents.

Gala Bingo Vouchers

• Gala Bingo vouchers are exchanged at the discretion of Gala Bingo.

Mecca Bingo Vouchers

• Mecca Bingo vouchers are exchanged at the discretion of Mecca Bingo.
