Ladbrokes Bingo change sign-up offer

For the last two months of 2012 Ladbrokes Bingo had the best sign-up bonus on the web at 500%. Going into 2013 they've downgraded it slightly to 400%, which makes it the equal best welcome bonus with Gala Bingo and Paddy Power Bingo.
