Beacon Bingo bought by Praesepe

LONDON, UK - UK investment business Praesepe has completed its acquisition of the Beacon Bingo group. As well as now owning the popular online bingo site Beacon Bingo, they have also purchased six bingo halls (including Beacon Cricklewood, the world's biggest bingo club) and 26 Showboat amusement arcades. The investors also take on Beacon's £40 million bank debt.

Gala Bingo is launching a fundraising ‘Everest' link online bingo game to support its team of intrepid employees who are gearing up to trek to Everest Base Camp for charity in October.
