Unibet buys 25.9% of Bingo.com

Swedish gambling giant Unibet has bought a 25.9% stake in Bingo.com for $2.25 million. The deal values Bingo.com at just under $10 million. Maria Bingo purchase costs Unibet £17.9 million

Unibet’s purchase of Maria Bingo has hit them hard as they recorded a £17.9 million loss on the bond they used to finance the purchase of the company. Unibet rolls out bingo

Pan European gambling operator Unibet announced its third quarter results, saying that its rollout of bingo across Europe was progressing successfully. “The roll-out of bingo across Europe has continued,” said chief executive Petter Nylander.
