The 78th Street Studios Building is being offered with all existing fittings, which would mean that bingo could be up and running in the premises in under a month.
The owner, Dan Bush, said he was offering “very competitive lease rates” to the right tenant for the property, which is located a minute off Shoreway and is a short drive from downtown Cleveland.
