Wink Bingo Review
Wink Bingo Overview
Wink Bingo, like 888ladies, is operated by Cassava on their Gibraltar license. Wink Bingo was launched in February 2008, and is said to be the ‘fastest growing online bingo site in the UK’. Whether they have evidence to back up that claim I’m not sure, but it has everything you could possibly want from a bingo site.
Signing up
Registration was simple, involving supplying details such as address and date of birth. Yet again, Wink require your credit card details before you can progress any further. Perhaps it’s just me that finds this slightly disconcerting, before you’ve even played!
Wink Bingo’s home page
The homepage is littered with promotions, but the same goes for Wink’s rivals. I liked the colours as they are easy on the eye. You can use the tabs at the top to navigate through winners and promotions, with miscellaneous links on the right hand side, where you can find TV ads and Wink news.
Playing Wink’s games
Wink Bingo offer both 90 ball and 75 ball bingo games, and tremendous £2,000 to £10,000 jackpot games in their Jackpot Rooms which take place on selected days of the month.
In only my second 75 ball game I finally hit the jackpot that has been eluding me for weeks. In the first game I bought the maximum number of tickets, and following a dismal showing, I decided that only 18 would suffice in my next game. I had 1TG for an agonizing period of time until 56 decided to show. Anyway, that’s enough about my win.
The chat was great, much better than both 888ladies and tombola. Most players revealed where they were from and were all very encouraging, much like the announcer ‘Good Luck Everyone!’.
It took me a while to figure out how to withdraw my winnings, but a friendly CM told me that I’d first have to deposit £20 (gulp) and play through it on bingo games. So along with the 200% first deposit bonus, I had £110 in my account having only deposited £20!
On the 10th of every month, Wink are guaranteeing a £10,000 coverall prize, at 10pm in the 10K Club Jackpot room. Wink Bingo have some brilliant promotions, including the 200% first deposit bonus, but the 10% cash back on all losses is even better.
Wink have the same selection of side games as 888ladies, as they are both operated by Cassava. However, this is usually the case with other bingo sites who share gaming software.
Our verdict
Wink Bingo is a cracking site, and their surging popularity comes as no surprise. I would’ve probably deposited had it not been for my win because I enjoyed both the chat and games.
