Sun Bingo tell you on their website that they offer ‘the best online bingo bonuses and promotions’; a claim which doesn’t stand up when you compare the site to others on Bingo News. The only bonus available is the 100% first deposit bonus, but many other sites have no deposit bonuses and extra deposit bonuses. Sun Bingo only had 1 festive promotion, no continuous promotions but still had their Bingo Scoreboard promotion up on their site 2 weeks after it had finished.

As well as finding out bout big winners, you can also check out the chat hosts. The help section covers most FAQs but I still find it disappointing that there is no online live help feature. Still, you can always call their freephone helpline.

The bingo interface is well styled and I found it easy to switch between games via the lobby. Deposit and withdraw buttons are close at hand, but a great let-down of Sun Bingo is its lack of side-games. I know that I’m not alone in giving the Clover Rollover a shot, and I love discovering new games such as Top Trumps at Paddy Power. Hopefully it won’t be too long before Sun Bingo introduce them into their bingo games, as they have already shown that they can compete at the top level with their recent £250K house promotion. The 90 ball jackpot only stood at £1,724 so I assume that it was recently won. Winners must bingo in 40 calls or less, which gives marginally better odds than other sites.

Our Verdict

Sun Bingo is a well designed site that it very easy to get around around. It has a great range of 90 ball bingo games but there’s only one 75 ball room. Even though I like the site, it is let down by a poor range of bonuses and lacks any side games.
